Choices

When the sun comes up

High over the hill

And everything is very still,

It's then I take time to meditate

Concerning choices I've made

That have altered my fate.

Sometimes the choices have been

 made, 

From the heart, and some from the

 brain.

Sometimes they're made from

 necessity,

foolishness, anger or pain.

Most often, they're made

With nothing to gain.

But the choice I made at Calvary,

Is the choice that's had the most

 impact on me.
